I received my item which I was really impressed with but unfortunately had been snapped during transportation. I was absolutely gutted. I contacted the company explaining the situation and received a lovely email back stating that they would make a replacement for me.
I received it today, intact and I am delighted with it. I would certainly order more items as the quality is outstanding and the customer service was brilliant.
